Sourdough & Co specializes in fresh-baked sourdough bread, sandwiches, soups, salads, and hearty comfort food. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, friendly service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Role Overview
We’re looking for energetic, reliable Team Members and a Prep person to join our team!
As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping prepare and serve our delicious sourdough-based menu items.
As a part-time Prep you will ensure the team has all the appropriate items prepped for each day. This is a part-time position, up to 24 hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must have open availability including weekends/mornings/nights
Requirements
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills and a team-player mindset
- Current Texas Food Handlers Certification or able to obtain
