Here is your chance for a healthier workforce in just 12 weeks!
The 2016 Chamber Fitness Challenge is a 12-week competition featuring Chamber members and their guests. The teams are made up of four individuals per team, companies may have more than one team, (individuals without a team will be matched up with a team) Come out and participate in an open house event for more information and to sign up on February 8, 2016 5:00 – 7:00 at Boneheads Restaurant.
Teams will participate in an initial group weigh-in at Producers Cooperative Association on February 26, 2016 at 10 a.m.
Teams will participate in weekly 1 hour training sessions and individual weigh-ins including nutrition consultations with their assigned trainer.
Participants will be encouraged by their trainers to work out on the other days of the week. Select gym facilities throughout B/CS will be available for free to all participants during the Fitness Challenge.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with the highest percentage of weight loss.
Cost is $325/person. This includes 12 training sessions, nutritional consultation, 2 bonus Saturday sessions, a grocery store trip and a chance to get healthy! Payment will be made to your trainer prior to or at the first session.
